5. What are the payment methods for repayment?

Go to your ATOME APP. Select “Check and Pay” overdue bills. Update your credit or debit card details. - Auto-Deduction
Deposit sufficient funds to the debit/credit card bound to your Atome account for auto deduction.
6. How do I pay using Atome?
Shop with Tuftin’ Asia and choose Atome as your preferred payment method at checkout. Make your first repayment (one-third of your bill) with your credit or debit card at the time of purchase and the rest over the next two months in two equal interest-free instalments. It’s that easy.
7. It seems too good to be true, what’s the catch?
We know it’s hard to believe, but there really isn’t one.The only cost that you might incur (apart from the price of your purchase) is a fixed late repayment fee that never snowballs.
8. Do customers have to pay any fees for using the Atome service?
Atome is a free service: there are no hidden service fees or interest charges if you pay all your scheduled instalments on time. That said, the merchant you’re shopping with may charge you additional fees for using Atome to pay – that’s between you and the merchant you’re buying goods from.
9. Can repayment date be pushed back?
Under normal circumstances, no, but if you are facing technical difficulties or other problems that prevent you from paying on time, though, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can provide you with the support that you need.

1. Am I eligible for PayLater?
Grab users who are eligible for PayLater should be
-21 years and older
-Platinum, Gold or Silver GrabRewards tier member, and
-Have used either cash, credit or debit card for at least 3 Grab transactions in the recent months.
-Resides in Malaysia
If you’re eligible for PayLater, you’ll be able to activate it in-app, or simply launch your Grab app, tap on Payments, tap on Enjoy Now and Pay Later under Explore GrabPay. If you don’t see the PayLater option, unfortunately Grab has not offered this service to you just yet. All approvals are subject to Grab internal review.
2. Will I get GrabReward points if I pay using PayLater?
An easy way to track if you’re earning GrabRewards points for your selected Grab payment method is to check it during the checkout flow. GrabRewards points is awarded for every PayLater Postpaid transaction. While PayLater Instalments does not currently award any GrabRewards points, you can look out for our various exciting promotions and merchant offers for great value at our merchant directory.
3. Is there a cost to using PayLater?
PayLater is a free service offered by retailers to you – there are no upfront fees charged or any interest accrued. The only fee that may be incurred is admin fee to reactivate your suspended account. Your PayLater account may be suspended if you have overdue PayLater bill and you do not make any payments after being notified by us.
