All items are ready stock unless stated otherwise. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to process and ship. Preorder items will ship according to the timeline stated.
All domestic orders are shipped via J&T, Ninjavan or Pgeon Prime from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
All international orders are shipped via DHL, Fedex or Aramex from our studio in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The price of International Shipping varies on location and is calculated upon checkout. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.
Estimated shipping time for express shipping (All Fedex options, DHL Express & Aramex Priority Parcel Express) is about 3-5 business days; whereas standard shipping (DHL eCommerce & Aramex Economy Parcel Express) will take about 7-20 business days. Shipping time is only estimation and cannot be guaranteed, we are not liable for any delay or failure of delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control; e.g. customs delay, delay by shipping company, failure by customers to give us a correct delivery address or notify us of any change of address and etc.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you receive it and must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or your original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs and payment gateway charges are non-refundable. The original shipping fee and payment gateway charges will be deducted from your refund.

Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Atome, GrabPay or Hoolah. If your payment didn’t go through via any of the payment methods, check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. We offer a 30-day local warranty for all our tufting guns including parts and labor. Your gun must be purchased from us. Warranty starts from the date you receive your gun.
